no water in brine tank

hello

fleck 7000stx. just yesteday, about 3 days after a regen i went to see if i needed ssalt in the taank. nope. but there was no water in there, there alwayss haass been. and no bridging, as i don''t keep that much salt in there.

aany aadvice ?

You might try cleaning the injector screen and injector.

There is a "brine valve". I don't know how to troubleshoot that.

Put the system into regen, cycle it to brine fill and let us know what happens. Be sure to open the brine well cap and watch the water level/float. Post a picture of the brine tank.
