This video shows it installed pointing out into the tank. Someone commented saying it was installed wrong. Then someone else argued that it was correct because it is a washdown toilet.

Should my flexible fill tube go directly into the tank or should it go down the overflow tube? Since this model doesn't use a siphon, I'm thinking it is a waste of water to dump it into the overflow while filling the tank because the washdown flush should already leave enough water in the bowl...
