    Toilet saddle?

    This little beauty is no longer in use. This portion of the stack is only a vent now. What are my options for capping this? Do I need to cut the whole section of 4” out and replace with pvc and mission couplings? Or, can I cut off the bend and add a rubber cap?

    2nd floor attic bathroom remodel

    I am remodeling an attic bathroom. Because of chimney location , 2x6 floor joists and the soil stack location, this is my best option so far. Please let me know if this will work. Do i need to add some more clean outs? There will be one in the basement above the wye coupled to the 4” cast pipe.
