Thanks Terry. It is working fine now. The refill tube was down in the overflow pipe about 3 inches. Took it out, cut the tube back , found a angle adapter put it on and that cured the problem. I was 5 minutes away from spending $150.00 on a new toilet instead of less than a dollar for an angle...

I have a Briggs toilet that keeps leaking. I've changed the parts in the toilet tank 3 times. And no luck I even took the toilet tank off from the bowl filled it with water, set it on a 5 gallon bucket and left it all night. The next day the 5 gallon bucket was dry. So I installed the tank back...
