    NORITZ Tankless Heater--water temp fluctuation

    What does a person do when there is no Noritz certified service person in the area? We are in Yuma AZ and purchased a house with a Noritz heater installed in 2006. Everything seemed fine until we got a code 16 and the hot water flow stopped. Our maintenance manual does not even address this...
