we don’t have any permits out here. Or code. Or any type of inspection. Im just looking for how to fix the problem I have. So the top line. It’s tied into a horizontal vent that goes to the attic and out of the house. So your saying that’s not vented?

So the line coming off the rubber T is going to a vent. And it was done by a general contractor. It’s too late to put t the trap in the wall. Any other suggestions?

So the P trap on my washer drain keeps siphoning off. Every time the HVAC turns on i smell sewage out of the pipe. It happens as quick as I pour water in the trap. It’s seems vented well. I also understand the P trap should have been in the wall but 2 late for that.
