Copper pipe corrosion..

Was shocked to notice this buildup. Looks like this is the only place I see it. House is about 25 years old. Comments? Advice? Leave it or is this going to be an issue? TIA

Most likely caused be flux not being wiped off after soldering. I would clean that up. The plumber must not have had a rag handy.

look at the pipe in the background, not the tee. I wouldn't touch that with anything. Needs fixing asap
