Not sure where to cut stub out

Anyone have advice on where to cut stub out? Not much length out of the wall. Need to start fresh as trap is glued to stub out and new faucet doesn’t align. Thanks.

You do not have enough pipe. Show more of the pic. They do have a fitting to pipe size clamp

Here is a better pic. Thanks for the response. Just can’t figure out how to make this arm longer. Can you link a clamp like you’re talking about?
