With all the stockpiling of toilet paper and store shelves being empty, I was thinking that maybe 2 things could occur of relevance to professional plumbers:

1. There may be an increase in customers wanting bidet seats installed

2. People may resort to using other substitutes (e.g. newspaper, paper towels) and cause clogs.

Probably too soon for either of these but wondering if the pros will start seeing one or both of these?

Yup, seeing lots of this. Paper towels and rags clogging up toilets and breaking macerating pump-up systems. Even before any TP shortage, women flushing feminine hygiene products were messing up the macerating pumps.

It could be that some of these Charmin-hoarders will soon be happy to trade a twelve pack for a bottle of Nyquil.
