I have a Model 900 Water Boss water softener that I am replacing with either an exact Model 900 Water Boss, or another brand. I am leaning to the Model 900 Water Boss as I won’t have to cut or solder any water lines. If I replace the old softener with a different brand, I know this is probably not possible, but can I run a garden hose from the Model 900 Water Boss water line connectors to a water softener that may be taller than the Water Boss, or is there anything such as flexible water hose/lines that I can use? Thanks for any help.

How do Falcon SS connectors compare with PEX in price & performance? Obviously PEX requires a little more "D" for the DIYer.
