The contacts for the pressure switch for my well stick which causes us to lose water pressure I usually replace the switch once a year because of this but I just replaced the switch four weeks ago. What cause's the contacts to stick.

Short cycling of the pump will cause the points to pit and/or stick.

That's usually a symptom of short cycling or an electrical problem. See the sticky posts at the top of this forum and check the air pressure in your tank, adjust as needed.

Then check the voltage at the switch and the ohms, conductivity, shorts and amps if you can.

At the link and then pg 13 for electrical checks.
