We replaced a kitchen faucet and immediately had water pressure decrease significantly. Hot water pressure continues to be higher than cold water... Any ideas?

If the overall pressure hot & cold has decreased at just the replaced faucet check the aerator an clean it as needed.

Now the coldt water has decreased lets look towards the valve that you shut off to isolate the cold while changing the faucet. Is it all the way open? If it is a angle stop under the sink pull it apart and look for a piece of the washer blocking the supply tube or, outlet of the valve.

If the valves are fully open and there are no blockages, if you used the braided supply tubes, make sure it did not kink.

And if you follow the other's advice and still have lower pressure on the cold side, then you'll have to see if a small piece of the rubber washer lodged itself inside the supply tube................

Been there, done that, reemed it out with some .080 weed-whacker line. Had to take apart the faucet at the valve in my case, but it worked out just fine.

Best of luck.
