I've had this problem as well. I went to Menard's and they told me it was one of 2 things: 1) the anti-siphon seal was broken and needed replacing. I replaced it, and it still leaked. 2) I was told that if I pull off the handle and then pull out the valve, there is a seal at the very end (about 12" long pipe on mine) that needs replacing. I replaced that, and it still leaks. Anyone else with advice? I'm going to try replacing the entire assembly soon.
