Re-routing drain line out of soffit into wall

I am doing a kitchen remodel which involves tearing out the soffit above the cabinetry. As I suspected this revealed plumbing that has to be moved into the walls. All is a piece of cake except one joint. there is a tee butted up tight against the subfloor of the second floor (vent pipe goes straight up). The side part of this tee is a drain from a tub. The bottom portion of the tee has a 45 degree elbow attached tight against the tee. The problem is the tee is tight against the subfloor and the elbow is tight against the tee. I need to cut off the 45 and replace it with a 90 but there is no pipe between the the fittings to attach the new 90. If I cut above the 45 I am left with the thicker outside end of the Tee fitting. Any suggestions? I hope I explained this well enough.
