My advise is exactly the same as before. You have a legal problem as well as a plumbing problem. From a plumbing stand point, the washer needs to be connected to a "real" sewer system. Either a city sewer line or a septic tank. Liability for the cost depends on the local disclosure laws. Consult plumbers for plumbing problems but see an attorney for legal problems.
