I put a Vacuity in a year ago (June 2003) and have noticed some fine hair line surface cracks developing on the flat surface that the tank & seat attach to. I have an email to Briggs about this problem but haven't received a response as of yet. I am very happy with the flushing system and overall product. However, if I can't get a solution to the hair line crack problem, I will probably search for another toilet for my half bath I am remodeling.
