: You may have a small leak somewhere, perhaps a toilet fill valve which does not shut off; this small leak may be causing the vibration/squealing in your presure regulator diaphragm. Turning a faucet on, the regular flow does not cause the noise. So, you need to look for a leak; and the PRV may also need to be serviced or replaced. |
