I have replaced toliets in the past, but this one has me. I think the toliet was put in then the concrete poured around it. Is that possible? If not how do I remove there are not bolts nor is there a base as the past toliets I worked on. Oh, and the toliet is very low to the ground. The house was built in the 50's is my guess. We D |
