thanks for the feedback the 1/2 bath rough-in already exists, from the builder. I don't think I explained the layout well, here is a crude drawing: http://images6.fotki.com/v86/free/2002d/1/125539/933993/bathroom-or.jpg Was thinking the tiled shower would butt up against the vanity for max. usage of space. Depending on the size of the vanity(or maybe a corner unit???), the shower could extend over more, and also maybe more towards the door? I'm still in the early stages, being my first home I'm really new to all this. Does this look possible, is the shower space sufficient? comments/feedback welcome drawing
