It is, but the guarantee specifically addresses the problem by saying that labor and consequential costs are not included. They will just give her a new tub if this one is not repairable.
: In my opinion, this should be warranteed by the manufacturer. Your statement implied that you purchased this tub yourself and not as part of a contracted job, but it sounds to me like a defect in materials or manufacturing.
