You can at least check the pressure. Pressure gauges are inexpensive and are at most plumbing supply houses. Just screw it on to any outlet with faucet threads and turn the faucet on. If your pressure is too high, over about 60 psi, install a pressure regulator where the water supply enters the house. If that doesn't fix the problem, you still will have done something that should be done, and a pressure gauge is handy to have. If the pressure is OK, then you have another problem, and the installer should be called to make it right. It likely isn't anything major, and maybe still under warranty.
