I don't know exactly what the floor framing looks like, but you might be able to keep the 12" rough in with an offset flange, or a 45-degree flange and eighth bend. An offset flange should give you at least 1-1/2" of offset, and you can do a little better with the 45-degree flange and some hacking of the subfloor. Good luck. |
