: This web-site has been extremely helpful to me. Thank-you, Terry. I've narrowed my choice down to the Toto Drake or the Ultra-Max. They both come with the option of Sani-Gloss. Does anyone have any experience with Sani-Gloss? How much does it help? Is it worth the money? Does it help more with preventing stains, or preventing bacteria build-up?

If you have that "ring around the collar" tney yes, it does help. I think it's a small price to pay if you can get it. So far it only comes in the Cotton/White in the Ultramax and Drake elongated.
I carry the SG Ultramax in the Seattle area and expect the Drake SG any time now.

: Also, the Drake offers an option of a right-hand trip lever that I like. I'm surprised more toilets don't offer that. Does anyone know why? Are there any drawbacks to it? Thank you for your help.

Some ADA codes require that the handle be near the user. You can order the RH lever in the Drake tanks. Many commercial bathrooms use these.
