If the drain is "loose" in the pump so that it will overflow the pump in the event of a malfunction, and you use a dishwasher air gap fitting so that there is absolutley no possibility that the disposer water can back up into the icemaker, then yes. Because an icemaker is continually "melting" the ice, and the bin is always filled, any backup would not be discovered immediately and the ice could be contaminated before it is discovered.
