Well woes

We have a well pump system at our house and a county water supply as well. It is easy to switch between them. When we are watering the lawn or doing clothes, I switch to well water. Recently, I changed the water filter on the well system. Since that time, the pressure output has been low. When I run sprinklers, there is not enough pressure to drive the sprinkler head. Initially, there may be a little, but it dwindles to a drip in no time. Any suggestions?
