There is only one thing that will work. Call a professional with a professional auger. The little DYI units are too small for clogs that are deep into the drain. The air gismo will may matters worse. Do not put chemicals in, they don't work and create hazzards for plumbers. If you have already poured chemicals in, tell the plumber who comes to clean what, when and how much you put in.
