One exception, around here at least, is that foot vent for an island yoke vent can be 1 1/2" to the nearest wall.

: Most codes allow 3" for underground sanitary lines, check yours.
: No piping under 2" is allowed to be buried, horizontal OR vertical pipe (rising out of the cement).
