Keep looking, you should be able to find the correct flange at most any plumbing supply, home improvement, or hardware store. I use this sioux chief flange with the adjustable stainless steel ring on most of the new construction i do. Cut the 4" stub flush with the finished floor, glue and install flange, drill and anchor flange to concrete in the provided mounting holes. http://www.siouxchief.com/PDF/883-884SpecSheet.pdf
