The determining factor on whether you are eligible is the date when the water was turned on to the system. If it is a standard house, then you have 12 years from that date, as long as it was before 7/31/95. or 13 years if you had a breakage during the first 12 years. : Our Home has Quest piping and damages are occuring who do we contact to get replaced? I have seen others on the net experiencing the same problem . Who do we contact to get replaced and who is responsible if we are in those guidelines?
