: Which means my toilet flange is now too high. Am I stuck either making a stage out of 4x4 tiles to sit the bowl on or calling the plumber to do something with it. Concrete slab and cast iron flange/pipe. No connectors to try and remove and replace the existing flange. Call in a plumber to lower the flange. There is no way to make a raised "throne" look good.
