In response to Re: Acrylic tub repair
We had a small hole the size of a dime on the rim of our brand new acrylic jetted tub before it was installed. Probobly a workman dropped a tool on it. I called someone in the phone book who advertised repairs. He came in the morning, patched it with a two part epoxy and he returned in the afternoon to sand it down. I think the trick to it is getting the right color which seemed to be custom done by him a little at a time. The whole job cost $75 and you cannot tell where it is. I have looked for it while cleaning the tub and can no longer find it. Good luck
