: I have a Culligan Mark 89 water softener which has a constant, low-volume flow through the tube that leads to the street that usually sends a good deal more volume when it runs through it's normal cycle (usually at night). The bypass switch has turned off the flow. : The clock is set correctly and is keeping time. Because of that and the low flow coming out of the tube, I don't think it's stuck in the normal flush cycle. : Could this be a sensor problem of some sort? I don't know their model numbers but it has a stuck piston and/or bad seals or an open solenoid valve causing a leak to drain. Keep it by-passed and call for service. Gary |
