Casman- since I have a tankless water heater, I am pretty sure it has no dip tube. Maybe it's possible the plastic debris has been hanging around my pipe system since I removed the original water heater in 1984? Before I posted the first time, I searched this forum for everything I could think of regarding plastic debris plugging faucets and found nothing.
