Good Low-Flow Showerheads?

First of all, congratulations on a great website. A quick question: I�ve read the report on low-flow toilets, which was very helpful (two Toto�s are on order). But what about showerheads? I�d like to do my bit for conservation and stay low-flow with my showerhead, but at the same time I like a decent shower in the morning. Any recommendations on showerheads that are satisfactory without removing the flow restrictor? Thanks Brad
