: I have put a bathroom in my basement. The PVC drain for the toilet is 4", I cannot seem to find a closet flange to fit, the 3" is too small and the 4" sits flush. Is there anything out there so I dont't have to chop up the floor and change the drain. The bathroom is finished except for the toilet

You may be able to locate a flange similar to this one, it will fit inside the 4" PVC piping.
Check the websites of Charlotte or Oatey plumbing products to see what's available, local supply houses near you should stock them.
