It doesn't have CSA approval and the first building inspector nixed it on that basis, even though there will be a Western toilet installed beside it. But the second inspector is more open-minded. Generally in our area the inspectors are more open. I'm doing solar heating, and a lot of environmental stuff and they are very good about it all. The Nature Platforms seem a bit dangerous as you have to climb up on them. Thanks for the suggestion re: Mosques. I don't know if there are any in this area and if they have Asian toilets, but I will follow-up and see if I can find someone through that or similar avenue who has experience installing them.
