Not in our part of the country. Just sold several houses in the last couple of years, the latest a couple of months ago, and had no such thing....... : : :Sounds like a legal technicality; but at least in my area I believe I am correct. Salvage places sell used tubs and sinks, but not toilets. : When any house is sold, the seller has to have a certificate that all toilets in the house are 1.6, all faucets are 2.2, and all showers are 2.5.
