Let me rephrase it: Given that a code drain would follow the identical path (or in other words assume that the orginial proposal met wet stack distance requirements), plus have a trap inline under the sink, why would it drain slower? If the run was beyond code of course it might drain slower and be at risk of siphoning out a sink trap. |
