: I in the process of remodeling my bathroom and have removed the three steel sides to the shower stall but can not get the shower pan to budge.

Assuming you will not be reusing the pan, most cut a square around the drain and pull it up and over the drain.
Cutting away more will give you access to the nut that attaches to the bottom of the pan.
