In response to Re: Drain clog fixed, should regular chemicals be used to maintain?
: My drain was clogged, I used a long snake in the main pipe and that fixed it, now all drains flow well. Over the years it will slow again like it always does. Do you suggest to put chemicals in my system as regular maintence to keep it flowing properly, if so, what chemicals? My house is over eighty years old. Thank you

:Info -- I KNOW NOTHING__ but-- You can get "RID-X" which is "like" BIO-CLEAN" at Walmart for a few bucks. It also uses bacteria which theoretically eats up the crud. I am going to drop a large dose in my septic tank system before I go on vacation, The theory being that the bacteria will have a better chance to multiply and do their thing while no bleach (or other bacteria killing substances) are being introduced into the system. Good Luck, Dub
