IF it is already sheetrocked, then I hope all the necessary vents and water piping was installed beforehand. In any case, we could not begin to give an estimate without seeing exactly what you have and then the local labor and material prices would affect the cost of doing the job.

: Recently purchased a townhouse in the DC area with a furnished basement. The walls and everything are already in place and I *assume* has the plumbing in place. What I mean by this is the room has two PVC caps over pipe in the floor - I naturally assumed they were for a toilet and sink. Anyway, what kind of time/cost are we looking at to buy and have the toilet/sink hooked up? We dont really want to do anything fancy to the room, its already sheetrocked so the only "fancy" thing I can think of would be the installation of a fan.

: Thanks much.
