:Get another plumber! You need a BIG contractor to take on a job like this. A guy who looks at a replumb for 26 units and wants to give you a GUESS on the cost---probably has never tackled a job this big. Not necessarily a slam on his talent; many of us do not do jobs on that scale and could not properly estimate or plan it. |
