Assuming your pipes are in the "right" place, there should not be a problem using a sanitary tee. Make sure it is postioned so the flow opening in the tee points downward. So it drains properly. Wyes and Tee-wyes are often used in horizontal drainpipes because tees are not allowed in horizontal drain configurations, with few exceptions such as venting.
