Sanitary Tee installation

I have a new DWV for a vanity in a new bathroom. My vent line is already in (2") inside wall behind vanity. I have a two inch drain coming up through the floor under the vanity. My question is I want to install a 2 x 2 x 1 1/2 santee vertically on my drain, elbow over to pick up the 2" vent stack with the 1 1/2 inch going to my trap. Does this installation require a wye in lieu of a santee? thanks
