I am working on an addition and adding to the existing hot water baseboard system. I have 7 sections of 3/4" copper pipe that go under floors or behind walls that I need to pressure test before the drywall goes up. I purchased an air pressure gauge that fits onto a 3/4" male fitting. I capped 1 end of each section and put a fitting on the other end. I am filling each section to 40 PSI. Good news - 5 sections hold the pressure just fine. Bad news - 2 of the sections have slow leaks and the pressure drops. Question - What is the best way to try and find the leaks in the sections that don't hold the air pressure?
