This would be like making an estimate over the phone. Without seeing the exact situation it is impossible to tell. It does seem a little high, but specific circumstances could alter that impression. Get a couple of additional quotations and see what the range is.

: I will do all the concrete busting and site prep. Time estimate for 1 plumber is 3 days (granted, this is just an estimate)... there are seven 90 degree turns total and a 14 feet rise to the stack...I live in town...drive time is negligable.
