I thought I posted an answer to this, but it didn't show up. Hate it when I screw up like that. The concrete you have will work fine. No real need for the binder nor leveler. Just trowel it reasonable smooth and level. It doesn't have to be perfect. Be sure to wrap the pipe with something to allow space to install the flange. You can locate the spot for the flange bolts by turning the flange upside down. Shove the bolts into the wet mix to the appropriate depth and remove the flange. When the concrete is dry, remove the spacing material, and install the flange. (Right side up of course)
