Unless it was rewired improperly, the reset button is on the upper thermostat. If you only have one element and thermostat, then it will be on the bottom one. : Does this model have a re-set button? Mine is not heating water, and I suspect that pushing a re-set button will do the trick. I do not see such behind either panel. : Thanks, Woody
