: I changed the valves to the copper supply lines portruding from the concrete slab. After I replaced them, I noticed that one of copper lines, which portrudes from the concrete slab, wiggles from side to side. It's insulated with foam/plasticI. It almost feels as if the pipe is broken? Is this normal? There's no visible leak from the slab. Should I call a plumber to check the wiggly pipe? David

More than likely, it's fine.
Copper pipe under the slab will often be insulated and will be able to move.
If you check the water meter, you will be able to see if water is running.
