I changed the valves to the copper supply lines portruding from the concrete slab. After I replaced them, I noticed that one of copper lines, which portrudes from the concrete slab, wiggles from side to side. It's insulated with foam/plasticI. It almost feels as if the pipe is broken? Is this normal? There's no visible leak from the slab. Should I call a plumber to check the wiggly pipe?

Thanks for any advice,
